My Journey

In the past two years, I've had the privilege of significantly enhancing the health of those close to me—including a busy 39-year-old entrepreneur with previous injuries and a 70-year-old woman battling osteoporosis—by improving their strength and overall health markers through resistance training.

The Strength and Mobility Project (SAM Project) is my next step in refining these successful methods to cater to a diverse audience. By working on this project, I am able to continue to hone my personalized training programs and share my belief for a strength culture focused on long-term, sustainable health benefits, rather than short-term body image and aesthetics.

This is a chance to participate in a project dedicated to real progress and strength improvement. Let's grow stronger together!
